It's hard to believe that 25 years have passed since graduation day! It seems like just a year or two ago to me. I remember one of the speakers at our graduation saying something like 'as you move on and make new friends, many of you will lose touch with each other'. That message has always stuck with me for some reason. Though we have lost contact with some, I'm glad that so many of us have kept in touch over the years! Congratulations on 25 years, Class of '86!

Sadly, we have lost a classmate. According to the Boomerang, Summer Stevenson Howell Perkins passed away on Saturday, Feb 19 at Ivinson Hospital. Online condolences can be posted on the Boomerang website. Thank you Arvin for letting me know.

Added a new section called "Our Senior Year". It's a collection of articles that were published in a Boomerang column called "Plainsmen Potpourri" throughout the 1985-86 school year. It's an interesting read! Check it out here .

Plainsmen Park Update
Michelle and Karen presented a check in the amount of $875 to the LHS Student Council earlier this month from the funds we collected at our reunion. The donation will help fund a future Plainsmen Alumni Park near the school.

One of our classmates, Roy Vavra, has been missing from his home in Gillette, WY since January 24, 2006. Details are available at the National Center for Missing Adults. Please keep the Vavras in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.

Unfortunately, we have lost a classmate. Jason Reher died Monday, March 27 in Sweetwater County in a work-related accident. Matt O'Neal has created a memorial website for Jason: Jasonreher.com.
